The Crooked Cue offers a relaxed, fun, and upscale environment, boasting over 10,000 square feet of restaurant, billiards, and special event venue. This is not your average pool hall – an award winning design that has been featured on “Canada’s Top Pool Halls” on the “CBC” and “TSN”. “Like being in Ralph Lauren’s Den with pool tables”, the inspired interior serves as the “playfield” for hand-carved mahogany tables, cozy fireplaces and wing chair lounges. The Crooked Cue is a “pocket” for small and large groups of corporate “break”-seeking crowds looking for great food, entertaining billiards, perfectly poured international beers, and award winning wines. Offering private and semi-private facilities, The Crooked Cue is an ideal venue for any type of special event.

It all began in 1910 when Sam Pappas emigrated from Greece to Belleville, Ontario. In 1920, Sam opened Pappas Billiards and served the Belleville community for 34 years. In 1954, the family business moved to Etobicoke where Sam’s son Bill, opened Kingsway Billiards and served the Etobicoke community for 40 years. In 1992 Bill’s son Sam, and his wife Tracey, continued the family tradition by opening the first Crooked Cue in the Kingsway Billiards location. In 1997, the family tradition continued to grow as Bill’s other children Matina and John, opened the second location of The Crooked Cue in the charming and historic “Vogue Theatre” building in Port Credit. Since its inception, this location has been chosen “best pool hall” thirteen years running by the readers of the Mississauga News. The Pappas family is proud to have served their customers for over 90 years.
